Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To request a return, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your item at info@orcacloths.com. Please include clear photos or videos showing the issue (e.g., damage, defect, or wrong item).

If your concern is about sizing, please attach a photo showing your jacket measured with a tape measure against our official size chart. Returns for sizing are accepted only when the delivered item does not match the selected size based on our chart.

Change of Mind Returns

Because every jacket is custom-made to order, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind or preference. We kindly ask all customers to review product details and our size chart carefully before placing an order.

Return Conditions

• The item must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and include all original tags and packaging.
• Custom-sized or personalized jackets are non-returnable unless there is a verified manufacturing defect.
• Returns must only be sent after approval and instructions from our support team.
• Some jackets are replica-inspired designs, clearly mentioned in the product description. Returns based solely on an item being a replica design will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item. In such cases, Orca Cloths will cover the return shipping.

Shipping & Address Issues

• If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for re-shipping fees.
• If delivery is refused or the address is invalid, shipping costs and restocking fees (up to 50%) may be deducted from any eligible refund.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email about the refund approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Returns that do not meet policy conditions are not eligible for refund.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, production begins and the order becomes non-cancellable.
