Orders over $149 ship free within the US, UK, Canada, and Australia. Returns and Refunds
Our goal is to make returns and exchanges as painless as possible, under these guidelines:
- Wrong Size: Let us know within 24-48 hours of delivery. If you ordered the wrong size yourself, a return is only possible with a 50% fee.
- Damaged or Wrong Item: Send photos within 24-48 hours so we can resolve the issue.
- Order Cancellations: Cancel within 24-48 hours for a full refund. After that window, a 25-50% deduction applies depending on timing.
To qualify for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and have original tags attached. Customers cover return shipping costs, and refunds are issued once the item passes inspection.
