Orca serves shoppers around the world. Standard shipping takes 10-15 business days, while free and economy shipping options run 20-25 business days total — roughly 3-5 days to process the order and another 17-20 days in transit. Orders over $149 ship free within the US, UK, Canada, and Australia.

Once your order ships, you'll get tracking information. Occasionally tracking emails land in a spam folder or don't arrive at all because of technical glitches — if that happens, reach out to info@orcacloths.com or use our chat and we'll sort it out.

Orca serves customers across Asia, the USA, the UK, and Europe. No matter where an order originates, our Quality Control team checks every item before it goes out, and we offer overseas delivery for faster shipping. If something's wrong with your order or you're not happy with it, you can file a claim under our Return and Exchange Policy or simply message us.

We work with well-established couriers such as FedEx, UPS, DHL, and Skynet to make sure deliveries arrive safely. As soon as a package leaves our warehouse, you'll get an email with tracking and shipment details so you can follow its progress.

If You're Not Home

Can't be there to accept the delivery yourself? Just let us know and we can arrange for someone else to receive and sign for it on your behalf.
