Return Window
We accept returns within a period of 30 days from the date of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your item. Reach us at info@orcacloths.com for assistance.
Please include clear photos or videos showing the issue, such as damage, defects, or the wrong item. This helps us process your request swiftly and accurately.
For sizing concerns, kindly attach a photo showing your jacket measured with a tape measure against our official size chart. We accept returns for sizing only if the delivered item does not match the selected size according to our chart.
Change of Mind Returns
Since every jacket is custom-made to order, we do not accept returns for changes of mind or preferences. Please review all product details and the size chart carefully before placing your order.
We understand ordering custom jackets is important. Our clear guidance ensures you select the right size and design to avoid any inconvenience.
Return Conditions
- The item must remain unused, unwashed, and unworn. All original tags and packaging should be included with the return.
- Custom-sized or personalized jackets cannot be returned unless there is a verified manufacturing defect confirmed by our team.
- Returns can only be sent after receiving approval and instructions from our support team. Please wait for our confirmation before sending any items back.
- Some jackets are replica-inspired designs, as mentioned in the product description. Returns based only on the item being a replica-inspired design will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item. In these cases, Orca Cloths will cover the return shipping fees.
We strive to ensure that products reach you in perfect condition. If you receive a faulty or wrong item, our team will guide you on how to return it at no cost to you.
Shipping & Address Issues
- If a package is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, customers will be liable for re-shipping fees to correct and resend the order.
- If a delivery is refused or the address is invalid, shipping costs and restocking fees up to 50% may be deducted from any refund that qualifies under our policy.
We encourage customers to provide accurate shipping details to avoid additional charges and delays.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund approval. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
Items that do not meet our policy conditions are not eligible for refunds. We thank you for understanding and adhering to our guidelines.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase only. After this time frame, the production process begins, and the order cannot be cancelled.
Please contact us promptly if you wish to cancel to avoid charges and delays.
